All ingredients at room temperature. Mix eggs, butter and sugar together. Add sour cream and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour, soda and salt, mix well. Add coconut flavoring, mix. Add shredded coconut, mix. Bake in angel food cake pan for 90 min at 325.
Top with powdered sugar/milk glaze...drizzle over top of cake and garnish with shredded coconut.
