In a bowl or in the workbowl of the food processor fitted with the metal blade, combine the cream cheese, coconut extract, heavy cream and coconut cream. Slowly add the sifted sugar, blending until smooth. Add more sugar if the icing is too soft. Spread icing on cake, then sprinkle with coconut.
