Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a bowl.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the butter on medium speed for 1 minute. Gradually beat in the sugar.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each. Beat in almond extract, then gradually beat in the flour mixture until combined.
4. Add chocolate chip s, walnuts, oats, and coconut and stir.
5. Scoop 1-1/2 inch balls and place on baking sheet.
6. Bake 11 - 13 minutes or until slightly brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 2-3 minutes. Makes 45 cookies
