Easy and delicious
Place cream cheese,powdered sugar,in mixer bowl and blend. Add toasted coconut ( reserve 2 tablespoons to sprinkle on top)
Blend. Add cool whip and mix all together.
Pour into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle reserved coconut on top.
Place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving. Can be frozen.
Serve with a little whipped cream on top if desired.
