Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Beat coconut oil, eggs, honey, and salt together with a fork
Then add coconut flour.
Stir until dough holds together.
Gather dough into a ball then pat into a 9” greased pie pan.
Prick the dough with a fork
Bake for 6 - 8 minutes
Pumpkin mixture
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until they are completely blended.
Pour pumpkin mixture into partially baked pie crust cooled pie crust
Cover the edges of the crust with foil or pie crust cover
Bake pumpkin pie for 45 minutes until the center is set.
