Coconut balls with drizzled chocolate
1. Melt the butter
2. Add powdered sugar and coconut to the butter and mix well
3. Shape round teaspoons full of mixture into balls. Place them on a waxed baking sheet.
4. Fill in centers with melted chocolate or drizzle on top. Chill until firm, store in fridge.
