Easy and very tasty, gooey cookie!
Mix these two ingredient together, I like to let them sit awhile so the SC Milk can absorb into the coconut a little . Then drop onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350? til golden brown, around 8 min. Remove from oven and let them sit for 10 mins. before removing from baking sheet. Enjoy!
