2.Blend coconut, sugar, flour, and salt in a medium bowl about 30 seconds. Add egg whites and almond extract and mix well until combined
3. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans
4. Bake cookies in the preheated oven until coconut is slightly golden and toasted, about 20 minutes.
