While that is cooking, combine ingredients 6, 7 and 8.
Then make this dry mixture to fold into it: 3 Tbs flour, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp baking powder. Fold this dry mixture into egg/brown sugar mixture and then pour on top of baked shell. Then you can sprinkle either raisins or chocolate chips on top of this.
Bake again for 12-15 minutes.
If you like the shell to be crunchier, bake it for 15 minutes instead of 10
If you want the top to be chewier, cook only 10 minutes rather than 15 after pouring the top on
