Stir sugar, coconut & cornstarch together. Add milk. Put in microwave on power level 8 for 8min, stirring after 2min w/wire wisp.
Stir egg yolks in a small dish w/fork. Dip hot mixture into egg yokes. Microwave on power level 8 for 2min. Stir in margarine & vanilla.
Bake @ 350deg until brown on top.
