Savory coconut rice.
Mix ingredients in pot large enough to allow fluffing of rice as it cooks. Heat all on high till it comes to a boil, then turn down to low and keep it simmering. Needs frequent stirring and fluffing.
Don’t let it burn. The coconut milk burns more easily than ordinary rice with water.
