These rum balls are an adaptation of the more traditional rum ball recipes. Use caution because they can be quite potent. Snacking on these Rum Balls before 10 am or while making them, is advisable only if you plan to lounge the rest of the day at the beach or around the fire.
1) Sift cocoa and confectioners sugar together and combine with Vanilla Wafer Crumbs, finely chopped Macadamia nuts, and Coconut Flakes.
2) Add Condensed Milk, Corn Syrup, Vanilla & Almond Extracts, and Rum (to taste).
3) Roll into 1" balls, then roll in or sprinkle on the granulated sugar.
3) Store and refrigerate in a airtight tin and leave for 12 hours.
