Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
Make well in center - gradually add beer, stirring until smooth.
Dip shrimp in batter and dredge in coconut.
Fry in oil 350 degrees until slightly brown.
Drain on paper towel.
Serve with orange mustard sauce:
