Suggest a better descriptionPlace 1 cup of shredded coconut and coconut oil in a food processor. Process until it reaches paste like consistency.
Add in the maple syrup, coconut milk, cinnamon, and salt and process until well combined.
Add 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoon of shredded coconut and pulse until combined.
Shape into 12 1” balls and coat with the remaining shredded coconut and place on a plate .
Refrigerate for at least an hour and up to 5 days. Bring to room temperature before eating.
