Mix all ingredients (except flavoring) in a medium saucepan - cook and stir until it has boiled one minute. It will foam a lot when you mix in the Baking Soda. Remove from heat.
Add 1 teaspoon of Coconut flavoring.
Store unused portion in covered container -- in the refrigerator.
It is BEST served warm!
