Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl, and add it to the flour mix. Mix the milk, butter and vanilla, and add to final mixture. Pour mixture into greased 9x13 dish and bake for 30 minutes. After, cook brown sugar over low heat and spread on the cake. Broil coconut long enough until brown and also spread on cake.
