Suggest a better description1.In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until it resembles coarse crumbs, about pea size.
2.In separate bowl, combine egg, buttermilk, and vanilla. Add all at once to flour mixture, stirring until incorporated, to form a heavy, sticky dough.
3.Stir in white chocolate and ½ cup coconut.
4.Form dough into a flat round disk, about 8-9 inches in diameter. Place on baking sheet. Cut dough into 12 triangles. Brush with 1-2 T. buttermilk, and sprinkle 1-2 T. coconut on top.
5.Bake at 375 for 20-22 minutes.
