100 year old coffee cake from the kitchen of Dorinne Kiscadden
Mix all of the ingredients in the order listed above.
Use 10 " round cake pan.
Spray with pam baking spray. Cut a 10 " circle of wax paper and put in pan. Spray again.
Pour batter into the well greased pan.
Sprinkle with a slight teaspoon of granulated sugar.
Melt all of the ingredients in a sauce pan at medium heat. Stir frequently
Pour over cake batter
Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 min
Cool for 10 min.
Place upside down on plate before removing pan.
Carefully remove wax paper.
Note: During baking all of your toppings sink to the bottom. When inverted on the plate the bottom becomes the top.
Can be served with whipped cream on top.
