Put sugar in yeast. Cut butter and flour as for pie. Add yeast mixtrue to cold milk. Stir until dissolved. Add beaten egg yolks to milk. Knead dough. Place in refrigerator overnight.
Separate dough into 3 parts, roll out to ?" thickness. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Add sugar, beat until stiff, spread on rolled dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon, chopped walnuts and raisins. Roll up dough and form into a crescent shape. Let rise 1 hour.
Bake 325? - 40 minutes
