Make custard with tin milk , water, Nescafé and eggs yolks
Do not allow to curdle
Cool well
Dissolve gelatine in water and cool
Add to cooled custard
Place in fridge and partly set
Whisk egg whites until light and fluff
Add sugar gradually
Mix with the partly set clustered
Add brandy
Brandy can e added to custard before mixing
