Suggest a better description1) Melt the chocolate.
2) In a saucepan slowly bring the cream and butter to the boil.
3) Blend the instant coffee powder with the cream mixture.
4) Mix the mixture above with the chocolate a little at a time while whisking vigorously and let it cool.
5) When the truffle mixture is soft and cool enough, take teaspoons of the mixture, roll them between the palms of your hands and then roll them in cocoa powder.
6) Chill before serving. The truffles will keep in fridge for a few days.
