Suggest a better descriptionIt is from a cookbook put together by the North American Womens Club in London,England way back in 1986 - called The Northwood Nibbler. Grate unpeeled cucumber and onion and fry both gently in oil for 5 min. Add chicken stock. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, cool and stir in yogurt carefully. Season .
