Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. In 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or on a large platter, layer the refried beans, avacado dip, sour cream mixture, jack cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions and olives. Serve with totilla chips.

Use 1/2 cup ranch dressing instead of mayonnaise
Top with chopped tomatoes or salsa
Add layer of 1/2 head finely chopped lettuce between cheeses and green onion.
