2. Make sauce. Combine tea, peanut butter, soy, vinegar, chili-garlic sauce and peanut oil in blender. Then add rest and blend till smooth.
3. Toss noodles with sauce and carrots. Chill for one hour. Top with cilantro, peanuts an sesame seeds.
