Suggest a better description1. Be sure the cabbage, carrots, and onions are chopped into very fine pieces.
2. Combine the sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
3. Add cabbage, carrots and onions. Mix well.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours for the flavors to enhance.
