In wok, heat 1 T oil over medium high heat
Stir fry chicken strips until cooked
Add more oil if necessary and stir fry potatoes, onions, turnips and carrots until tender crisp
Add ginger and garlic, cook 2 more mins
Add red cabbage and stir fry until soft and add oil if needed
Add hoisin sauce and reduce heat, toss to coat
Divide between 4 bowls and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions
Serve over cooked brown rice
