Suggest a better descriptionSauté mushrooms in lemon juice and 3 Tbsp. butter until tender.
Melt remaining butter and add flour. Whisk in chicken broth.
Once chicken broth starts to thicken, whisk in half-n-half until smooth.
Add 1 cup Parmesan cheese.
Add diced chicken after cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with seasoned pepper and a few dashes of Tabasco sauce.
Mix in mushrooms with some of the lemon and butter mixture.
Cook vermicelli until al dente.
Drain pasta and mix with chicken and mushroom mixture.
Add to prepared casserole dish.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan and paprika.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
