Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, Mash potatoes in large bowl and add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic. Beat at high speed until smooth and light. Stir in onions. Spoon into lightly greased 10 cup baking dish. Dot with butter and paprika. Bake at 350? oven, 30 minutes.
