Lemon Jell-o with pineapple, nuts, marshmallows and bananas
1) Dissolve Jell-O in hot water and pour into a 9x13" dish. Let cool
2) After cool, add nuts, marshmallows, pineapple, and bananas. Mix.
3) Chill in refrigerator until firm
4) Heat pineapple juice in saucepan over very low heat stirring constantly. (if you don't have 1 cup juice, add water to make it 1 cup)
5) Beat egg in separate bowl
6) Add flour and sugar to egg an mix
7) Add egg mixture to juice
8) Stir well over medium heat until this thickens, then remove heat.
9) Whip the whipping cream
10) After pineapple juice mixture is cool, add whipping cream. Mix
11) Spread over Jell-o
