Best fish for Sushi: most people know tuna and salomon ...i will skip those and i will give you my opinion after many years of fishing.
Try all kinds of grouper, Grey mullets like the one iam holding in my avatar,
Great amberjacks and all similar family fish like bonitos, swordfish, marlin spikes
also Seabreem family fish are excellent for sashimi and sushi .......
