Suggest a better descriptionClean, peel & lb. well 2 lbs of conch meat, then rub it with 1/2 cup white wine vinegar. Cut the conch into bite size pieces & hold on the side. Saute in three Tbls. of butter, 1 onion, finely chopped, 1green pepper, finely chopped. Add 2 tomatoes, peeled & chopped, 2 chicken bouillon cubes dissolved in 1/2 cup of water. Dash of tabasco sauce or minced hot pepper, 1 Tbls. Maggi seasoning. Simmer the stew about 20 minutes. Add conch, cover & continue to cook until meat is tender, about 10 minutes. Season to taste.
