Cut meat into 1-inch cubes and brown in hot oil.
Add apple, carrot, onion, water, wine, garlic, bouillion cubes, bay leaf and thyme.
Cover and cook over low heat for 2 hours or until beef is tender.
Remove bay leaf.
Combine cornstarch and cold water; add to beef mixture.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Stir in Kitchen Bouquet.
Add peas and stir.
Serve over noodles (or rice).
