This new in-house whipped butter compliments most of our seafood range, whether you are looking to upscale the flavor of your king prawns or gratinate a sweet tasting lobster. The confit of this garlic has been slowly cooked down in olive oil providing a delicious silky, nutty and slightly sweet flavor to this butter. The pairing of parsley, dill and coriander will no doubt provide a citrusy fresh and earthy undertone to any of our seafood range giving you that added depth of flavour.
1. Confit the garlic until lightly browned in olive oil. Cool and Blitz
2. Whip butter until light and fluffy.
3. Add all ingredients together and fold until fully incorporated.
4. Ballantine into required shaped logs and set in fridge.
5. Cut into 100g logs
