Line 12" pan with 4 - 6 sheets of phyllo. Brush with melted butter. Mix walnuts with cinnamon, sugar, nutmeg and sprinkle over phyllo. Repeat with sheets of phyllo and nuts, buttering each layer before adding nuts. Save 6 sheets for top layer. Brush top layer with butter. Cut on diagonal 3/4 of way .
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Boil sugar, honey, and water. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Pour over baklava when it comes out of oven.
