Very good and quick to make.
Place popped popcorn and nuts in large brown paper bag (grocery bag), set aside. Combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt in 2-qt. glass bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stir, microwave another 3 minutes, stirring after each minute or until mixture comes to a boil. Microwave 2 minutes more. Stir in baking soda. Pour mixture over popcorn and nuts and shake well. Microwave bag on high for 90 seconds. Shake well. Microwave on high for another 90 seconds. Shake well. Pour popcorn onto lightly buttered cookie sheet. Cool and break apart.
This is SO good! You'll never guess it came out of the microwave! The caramel coating is not sticky and the entire process takes about 10 minutes. To make things go even faster, I buy pre-popped popcorn from Wal-Mart (makes 1 batch). It's very inexpensive.
