Preheat to 375 degrees once cookies go in the refrigerator
Mix sugars, baking cocoa, butter, vanilla, and eggs.
Once it's all mixed add the flour and the soda.
Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes. Roll dough into a ball, then push Rolo inside (should be the size of a ping pong ball)
Roll in sugar (extra white sugar, not from main ingredients)
Place on un- greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 7-10 mins.
Done when the tops are starting to crack.
