Line 14 muffin cups with paper cups. Sprinkle 1 tsp crumbs in bottom of muffin cups.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until very smooth.
Sprinkle gelatine over water in saucepan; let stand 1 minute to soften. Srit over low heat until dissolved, about 3 minutes. Beat into cream cheese mixture.
Fold cheese mixture into whipped topping; stir in chopped cookies.
Divide 3/4 of the batter into 14 muffin cups. Stir in melted chocolate into remaining batter. Add a spoonful of the chocolate cream cheese mixture into each cup and zigzag a knife through batter to marble.
Refrigerate sever hours or overnight.
