Easy and delish - uses pudding and Oreos
Preheat oven to 350. Cream together butter and sugar (I use my stand mixer). Add pudding mix and blend in. Add eggs and vanilla then beat till combined. Add flour, salt and baking sold all at once then beat on LOW speed till incorporated then turn up till combined. Add chopped cookies and white chocolate. Beat on low just to incorporate. Drop by small spoonfuls on cookie sheet and Bake 8-10 min. Remove from oven and allow to cool a min or two before moving to a cooling rack - if you have one. Otherwise a plate. Once you start eating them, YOU CANT STOP!
If you can't find cookies and cream pudding mix, you can use white chocolate flavor. Or, create something new with your own pudding preference and possibly a different flavored cookie too! I'm thinking Nutter Butters and Chocolate pudding!
