In a food processor, process cookies into fine crumbs. Add cream cheese and process just until mixed. Refrigerate until firm. Make into small balls and place on parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Cover with plastic and freeze about 1 hour. Melt chips and dip balls and place back on cookie sheet. Cover with plastic and freeze about 1 hour. Serve cold and store in refrigerator.
May need extra chocolate for dipping.
