Soft sweet ginger cookies
Beat sugar, soft margarine, molasses, and eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well, and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for an hour .... Heat oven up to 350 degrees - roll dough into 1 - 1 1/2 inch balls and then roll in sugar. Place appx 12 cookie balls on parchment paper + cookie tray & place in oven. Cook for 10 minutes until cookies rise and just barely flatten out. Cool completeley
