unbelievable sugar cookies if done right
Sift all dry ingredients together (may just stir them together well - sifting may cause cookies to be too "puffy"). Using large mixing bowl mix sour cream, oil, vanilla and eggs together until well blended. Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. When mixed, refrigerate for 4 hours. Roll out dough (can add flour to help as mixture will be sticky). Cut into shapes. Bake at 350 between 8-12 minutes.
EVEN BETTER FROSTING
1 cube butter, 1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, 1/4 cup milk. Add powdered sugar to desired consistency. May need to add more milk to make spreadable.
