I use many almost too old vegetables as they are available.
1. Prepare 1 cup of quinoa with 2 cups of water per package directions. Set aside when done.
2. Prepare all ingredients.
3. Add turkey, steak, tomatoes, celery, sweet potatoes, pepper, black beans, and carrots into Instant Pot. Set on Pressure Low for 15 minutes. Allow to cool naturally.
4. Add spinach and stir until wilted. Add apples and bananas. Stir.
5. Add quinoa and stir to mix well.
6. Package in one day servings in freezer safe containers.
