Cook rice as directed on package.
Mix together soups and milk. Add chicken and rice.
Sauté onions in butter, and add mixed vegetables. When cooked, add to soup mixture.
Add spices and mix well.
Bake at 359 degree oven until heated through.
Season to your liking. I don't add salt and pepper during cooking so that my family can season to their taste.
