Suggest a better descriptionMix egg yolks, sugar and vanilla extract in blender for 5 minutes at low speed, add all remaining ingredients except for rum. Blend for 5 minutes. Pour mix into desired container, add rum and shake. Chill overnight.
Note: I use 1/2 cup coconut milk and 1/2 cup coconut cream. I use 1 and 1/4 cup of Bacardi.
