Puerto Rican Eggnog
- Add sugar, evaporated milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla together in blender and mix.
- Pour mixture into a large bowl or pot.
- Put coconut milk and cream of coconut in blender and mix.
- Add to bowl with other spiced mixture, and stir.
- Add rum, a portion at a time. You may not want 2 full cups, or you may prefer more. Stir together.
- Add eggnog to bottles or keep in the large bowl.
- Chill covered.
- Serve in small glasses and enjoy! Happy Holidays!
