Caesar style dressing for the Core-22 program. Not exactly the same but pretty darn close.
In a bowl large enough to hold all the ingredients, mash the roasted garlic with a fork into a pretty fine purée. Add the remaining ingredients and mix throughly until well combined. Refrigerate for an hour or over night. Use as a marinade for chicken, seafood or for your lunchtime salad.
You can also make this dressing by placing all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulsing until smooth.
