Beautiful in green color and tasty!
Make cashew paste with 10 cashews and water enough to grind. Make ginger garlic paste with the ginger, garlic and 2 tablespoons water. In food processor place jalapenos, cilantro and curry leaves. Blend to a paste with enough water to combine. In pan, heat oil over medium high heat. Add cumin seeds. When they begin to become fragrant, add crushed coriander seeds. Then add the ginger garlic paste, cashew paste and turmeric. Then add the cilantro/jalepeno/curry leaf paste. Cook until mostly dry and water has evaporated. Add chicken and yogurt. Cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
