Mix mince, herbs, fish sauce and egg white.
Drop spoonfuls into muffin tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Leave in tin to cool slightly.
Top with peanuts and chilli sauce
Combine ingredients in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until reduced, thick and sticky.
