A vegetable delight that's a great appetizer for parties and pretty easy to make. Also keeps well for days if you just want to make some and keep it around to snack on.
Mix all veggies in a bowl. Mix the salad dressing as directed on the package, except put in less oil and less vinegar. Add this to the veggie mixture. Salt and pepper if you want. Chill for at least 2hrs for best flavor.
I use red wine vinegar but white is probably fine
