Stuffing for 20# turkey + extra
Onion, celery & breads may be chopped/cubed the day before & refrigerated in baggies until ready to use.
In large skillet, melt butter. Cook onion & celery until barely tender.
In large bowl, lightly toss bread cubes, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning & ground sage to blend. Add a little turkey broth and toss to moisten until all broth has been added. Add onion & celery mixture a little at a time & toss until all mixture has been added.
If desired, may add chopped giblets. Cook in lightly salted water to cover until tender.
Stuff neck & chest cavities. Put remaining stuffing in a covered baking dish, add a little more broth & cover. Bake @ 325 degrees about 1 hour or until done.
